To Whom It May Concern,
Carroll County School District is requesting proposals for Instructional Coaching and Support to meet the academic needs of our teachers and students for the 2022-2023 school year. Our district encompasses two schools, Marshall Elementary School (Pre-K- 5) with enrollment around 450 students, and J.Z. George High School (6-12) with enrollment around 450 students. We are seeking a proposal for district- wide services to support instruction in grades Pre-K through 12.
Proposals are being requested to address the following areas:
Leadership Training (10 days)
Special Education (10 days)
District Data Management (Individual Student by Class)
ELA, Math, Science, English II, Algebra I, US History, Biology Teacher Coaching Support (20 days each ELA/Math per school; 10 days each Science, Biology, US History)
Student Remediation (One on One, Small Groups) (20 days each ELA/Math per school)
Proposals should include the following:
A complete description of services offered
A description of how progress will be monitored
A description of how feedback will be communicated to the district
A sustainability plan for the schools
A list of references associated with Mississippi Public Schools
Budget/Cost Summary
