Request for Proposals: Instructional Support

Carroll County School District is requesting proposals for Instructional Coaching and Support to meet the academic needs of our teachers and students for the 2024-2025 school year. Our district encompasses two schools, Marshall Elementary School (Pre-K- 6) with enrollment around 400 students, and J.Z. George High School (7-12) with enrollment around 350 students. We are seeking a proposal for district- wide services to support instruction in grades Pre-K through 12.
